Move

A unit can move to almost anywhere on the map, in a radius of 10000 arpents. Its movement speed depends primarily on its equipment and fatigue. If several units move simultaneously, the slowest unit will slow down all others. Sea travel incurs transportation costs, calculated based on the distance and volume embarked. For the duration of a movement, the units disappear from the map. They are [I]somewhere[/I] between their starting point and their ending point. If the movement is cancelled, they reappear in a more or less random place, depending on the distance that they have traveled. Some buildings marked [ICON=restricted.png] require permission for foreign units to move into. This is particularly the case of castles, keeps, fortified houses and all buildings included in a walled city.
